Grinding Wheat
Jackson is a very studious and observant little boy. Sometimes he will become so engrossed in looking at a book that he doesn't notice me enter and leave the room. The last time I ground wheat, he was interested in the entire operation. Watching the kernels in the hopper.

Well, it is pretty fascinating! I got a kitchenaid for Christmas, and I LOVE it - and I'm looking forward to getting a few of the attachments :) So great :)
